Chanel 101.

Style Stripped was born out of intentions of educating the people about Fashion.
Of knowing right from wrong and that there is nothing known as right or wrong!
Fashion is a sub division of one's style and is build on dimensions such as Garments, Bags, Shoes and Accessories.

  3. I love chanel flaps so much! Oh and FYI the best place to buy the flaps would be from London or Paris...there's a huge price difference at the moment between those two places and the States!

  4. @ H,
Best place according to variety might be London and Paris but th bag is actually more expensive in London Shops.. however from personal experience i can tell you a Chanel Falp from London Heathrow's Chanel is 50-60 quid cheaper than at the high street.

Good Luck with your search Ladies, would love to see what you get and please feel free to ask any questions :)

  7. OK so apparently a Large Caviar Flap in the UK costs 1510 pounds ($2159) while its American counterpart is $2425! Not sure about Milan or the 2.55, but exchange rates make a huge difference these days! *drool

  18. Hey I have a question. I am planning to bid on a Chanel flap bag but it doesn't appear to be in the regular style. The quilt doesn't extend all the way to the edges.

Don't really know how to explain. Here's a pic.

    http://i618.photobucket.com/albums/tt269/ladykaty_bucket/IMG_4122.jpg

The website is pretty authentic. It's a local designer bag trading hub and this seller is very trusted.

Thing is I have never seem this model before. I have seen the one with this around the edges before but never in the style of the classic flab bag.

    What do you think?
